Abstract

Genealogy and Politics

The aim of this paper is to discuss probably one of the most important problems in contemporary philosophy: the character of postmodern political philosophy. I try to show that the genealogy in its Nietzschean and Foucauldian version could be a common ground for diverse philosophical standpoints. I argue that the genealogy is also a necessary element of every contemporary project of emancipation.
